President and CEO

Mr. Salerno is a Silicon Valley veteran with over 30 years of domestic and international experience. This includes fourteen years with IBM in addition to tenures with Silicon Graphics, Sanmina, Avnet, and VA Linux Systems. Most recently, he has been the CEO at Innovative Bottles where he was voted Most Influential CEO for three consecutive years by CEO Magazine (2024, 2025, 2026). He was also awarded CEO of the Year Pacific USA in 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.
